The hotel is located very close to the beach, just a 5-minute walk away. This made it extremely convenient for us to enjoy the beautiful sea and sand without having to travel far. Additionally, the staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. They provided excellent service and were always ready to assist us with any requests or queries we had. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with good beds ensuring a restful night's sleep. We particularly enjoyed the large balcony, which offered a fantastic view of the pool. The hotel also provided a delicious breakfast each morning, giving us a great start to our day.

Everything was great, no improvements needed.

We will definitely go back there again, it is very good value for money. The personnel is very friendly and the rooms are big. Walking distance to the nice beach. We spent evenings at Champions Bar & Grill, situated 300 feet from the hotel...

I loved the location of this hotel, it was just a short walk to the beach, and there were plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. The hotel facilities were great too - the pool was lovely and there was a good bar with happy hour drinks. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and my room was cleaned daily to a high standard.

Nothing it was perfect!

Quiet hotel, 200m away from the beach. The swimming pool is good, the room is big and balcony. Clean. Italian couple owns the hotel and try their best. Very nice place to eat 2min from hotel: up the road, on the right side, cc restaurant: climb stairs, the lady is very very nice and food is so good...ate there for breakfast and dinner everyday !! very friendly people. Rent a motorbike for 5€ and go see the rest of the island..Kamala, kata, Karon beaches, Nai Harn, south is the best one..

The beach is full of private chairs. No space for a towel...a pitty...

Location, staff, value for money & quality of room.

We stayed at a hotel to welcome the new year, and the location was ideal. The hotel was only a few minutes' walk from the beach, and the pool was a perfect place to relax and sunbathe. The onsite bar had delicious drinks that we enjoyed on the terrace. The staff was friendly and accommodating throughout our stay, ensuring that we had a comfortable stay. the hotel had a restaurant with a range of international cuisine options, suitable for a variety of travellers.

The hotel was a little on the expensive side, and some of the facilities, including the room furnishings and towels, were quite old. The bathroom fixtures were also a little rusty and could have done with an update.

The hotel had a decent location close to the beach and ample parking. They had a friendly staff, with a nice pool. the room had a comfortable bed, decent air conditioning, and the breakfast served was good.

I wouldn't advise staying here during the busy Christmas period. the hotel was overpriced, the walls were thin and there was a lot of noise.

The hotel is very close to the beach and to a lot of small shops, bars and restaurants. The rooms were very clean and very large, with a large bathroom and a large balcony. The staff was very friendly and spoke good English.

There is no lift. No chairs on the balcony.

This hotel is such great value for money! The rooms are spacious and clean, with an amazing balcony overlooking the pool. The staff are friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any requests. The location is perfect, just a short 5-minute walk away from the beautiful beach and a variety of restaurants. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast provided each morning.

The 3rd bed (added bed) is even higher price than orginal 1 bed. 2 bed room 1 night is 800b, so 1 bed is 400b. But the 3rd (extra added) bed 1 night charge is 500b. it should be same price or lower price, I suppose.

The staff at Surin Beach are excellent, which when added to the excellent location and good standard of accommodation makes for an extremely pleasurable stay. The beach is less than a 5 minute walk away and is really pretty. There are good amenities close to the hotel with plenty of options to eat/drink. The hotel is well looked after and managed by Valentina and Matteo and the other staff are extremely helpful, nothing is too much. The food and bar at the hotel are both tasty and reasonably priced (Valentina makes an excellent Long Island Ice Tea). We liked it so much that we decided to extend out stay for an extra 10days.
